The health and wellbeing of our guests and the dottylines team is of the upmost importance. While we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to keep you posted on what precautions we are taking as a company.

Please be reassured that our Salon has elevated our already high standards of hygiene, incorporating additional deep cleaning, disinfecting procedures and frequency.

As always, we thoroughly clean the salon and we are paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms and stylist stations; all of which are cleaned every morning, throughout the day and at night.
We recommend that when you arrive in the salon you head to one of our bathrooms and wash your hands with the hand wash provided.
Our amazing team are ensuring hygiene is a priority when in the salon, so please don’t be offended if you see us cleaning items prior to or after your sit at a section. Cleaning of things like hairdressing tools, basins and additional items needed for your service are all being cleaned between guests.
